What's in the Range:
- Camlock Fittings: Quick-connect couplings in aluminium, polypropylene and 316 stainless steel. The most versatile option for general fluid transfer.
- Bauer Couplings: Heavy-duty couplings for large suction and layflat assemblies. Connect at an angle and still hold a watertight seal — the standard for high-volume water transfer.
- Claw Couplers: For compressed air and pneumatic systems. Surelock, Type A and Type B variants.
- Hosetail Fittings: Barbed one end, threaded the other, for building hose assemblies onto pipework or equipment.
- Hose Menders: Barbed both ends, for joining two lengths of hose or repairing a damaged section.
Getting the Selection Right:
- Size by Hose Inner Diameter: Fittings are sized on the hose ID, not the outside diameter. Two 2" hoses can have very different outside diameters depending on wall thickness.
- Match the Material to the Fluid: The coupling has to survive whatever is flowing through it as well as the environment it is installed in.
- Check the Thread Standard: BSP and NPT threads look similar but are not interchangeable.
- Use the Right Fitting for Air: Compressed air lines take claw couplings, not camlocks.
