Claw Coupling Type B Hosetail

Claw Coupling Type B x Hosetail. The Type B is the predominant claw coupling used on industrial compressed air systems in the USA and is also common in New Zealand. The hosetail end is pressed into the hose bore and secured with a hose clamp; the claw coupler end connects to a matching Type B female NPT coupler. Type A and Type B claw couplings are not interchangeable.
