Complete Bauer Hosetail Set

Complete Bauer hosetail set comprising: one male Bauer hosetail fitting, one female Bauer hosetail fitting, one lever ring, and one O-ring seal.

A complete set is designed to fully outfit one hose — the male hosetail is fitted into one end of the hose, and the female hosetail into the other. This allows each end of the hose to connect to the adjacent hose or pump connection in a Bauer system. The two halves in the set are not typically coupled to each other.

The Bauer coupling is the most common coupling used on large suction and layflat hose assemblies in New Zealand. It is one of the most popular choices for high volume water transfer due to its rugged construction, and its ability for the two halves to connect at up to a 30 degree angle while still ensuring a watertight connection.
