Viton Camlock Washer

Viton (FKM) replacement seal for female camlock couplings in aluminium, polypropylene, and stainless steel. The Viton seal provides significantly broader chemical resistance and a higher temperature rating than standard Nitrile (Buna N) seals — suited to chemical, petroleum, and elevated temperature applications where nitrile compatibility is in question.

Viton resists a wide range of aggressive chemicals including concentrated acids, chlorinated solvents, petroleum products, hydraulic fluids, and many other industrial chemicals that would degrade standard nitrile seals. Temperature rated to +200°C continuous service.

For standard water, general industrial, and petroleum transfer applications where the chemical resistance of Viton is not required, the Buna N (Nitrile) Camlock Washer is the appropriate choice at a significantly lower cost. Available in 19mm to 152mm (3/4" to 6").
