Spring Flex Hose is a transparent food-grade PVC suction hose with an encased galvanised steel rigid spiral. The reduced spiral passage makes it exceptionally flexible for its wall thickness, with a very tight curvature radius. It handles high vacuum and a moderate working pressure, and is widely used in well point dewatering riser connections, vacuum pump suction lines, cleaning machinery, and food/beverage transfer. Non-toxic and suitable for food contact. Handles liquid alcohols up to 20% vol. Available in 16mm to 102mm (5/8" to 4"); larger sizes available on request. Primarily a suction hose — not recommended for constant pressure delivery at rated working pressure.
