Tigerflex Static Dissipative Suction is a lightweight, flexible SBR rubber vacuum hose with a static dissipative tube — for grain handling, dry bulk material, and industrial vacuum applications where static control is required
Tigerflex TR1 is a static dissipative SBR rubber suction hose formulated to prevent the buildup of static electricity during high-velocity dry material handling — a safety requirement in grain, flour, and granulated product applications where static discharge creates a fire or explosion risk. Cold Flex construction keeps it flexible in cold conditions. Available in 102mm (4”) and 127mm (5”).
Features
- SBR static dissipative rubber tube — continuously dissipates static electricity during high-velocity dry material handling.
- Rigid PVC helix — maintains bore shape under vacuum.
- Convoluted cover design — provides increased flexibility relative to smooth-cover hoses.
- Cold Flex construction — hose remains flexible at sub-zero temperatures, suited to colder regions of NZ.
- Made in USA.
Construction
- Tube — SBR static dissipative rubber.
- Reinforcement — Rigid PVC helix.
