Refund policy

Returns are accepted for up to 30 days from invoice date, however United Flexible shall not under any circumstance be obliged to accept any goods and provide a credit or replacement goods if:

  1. The goods have been damaged by the Customer.
  2. The goods are not in their original condition.
  3. The goods were indented, modified or customised in order to fill the order. This includes hoses cut to a specific length at the Customer's request.

If the Customer wishes to return any goods, then the Customer must:

  1. Notify United Flexible and receive a goods return number. The goods return number must be quoted on paperwork sent with the returned goods.
  2. Ensure that goods are received by United Flexible within the 30 day return period.

Costs for return shipping are the responsibility of the Customer.

Failure to adhere to the above requirements may result in goods not being accepted for credit or replacement, or a restocking fee may be charged.
